99days to go: Yurrebilla training (part2)

On October 3 there'll be a 56km Ultra Marathon along the Yurrebilla Trail in South Australia. In the lead up that event, there are three training runs to get used to the track. This is the middle, and might i say, rather steep, 17.5kms of the track…
