I like the concept here very much and the excellent use of selective focussing. For what its worth ... I would think about cloning out the 3 or 4 white spots as they could be a source of distraction. I would also look at cropping 20% from the right - you would still have space for the subject to look into without so much dead space. I think you have a wonderful photo here waiting to be released. Great work.
