HIRE EQUIPMENT – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Period of 24 hours (or part thereof) from the time equipment leaves Photographic Wholesalers on the first day, terminating at the same time on the second day.
Period between 3pm on Friday afternoon and returned by 10am Monday morning.
Period of 7 days starting at the time equipment leaves Photographic Wholesalers, ending at the same time and day of the following week.
Cancellation of a booking must be received by Photographic Wholesalers no later than 48 hours prior to the intended start of any booking. Failure to comply with these conditions may incur a charge, 50% of the total booking price.
Non Account Customers – a security deposit is required on all equipment hired – in the form of a credit card. A Photo ID with current address is essential. Photographic Wholesalers may also require further identification.
LOSS & DAMAGE
Lost, stolen or damaged equipment is the sole responsibility of the Hirer as are all the costs incurred on replacing or repairing equipment, together with the rental fees lost due to the equipment not being available. Photographic Wholesalers may require proof that the Hirer’s insurance is adequate to cover lost, stolen or damaged equipment. It is important that the Hirer carefully checks all items listed on the sheet in the event of non returned items (caps, covers, cables etc)
