THE INAUGURAL 2010 SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PHOTOGRAPHIC PORTRAIT
COMPETITION

As a part of the 2010 Adelaide Fringe, Palmerston Projects is conducting the inaugural South Australian Photographic Portrait Competition.
The key information for the competition (which is now open) is:
• Prizes total $1,000 with $700 to the winner comprised of a $400 voucher to Diamonds Camera and $300 worth of printing services from Atkins Technicolour.
• Short Listed entrants can also enjoy 30% off the normal printing costs of their final entry through Atkins Technicolour.
• Judges include two Masters of Photography with extensive experience in portrait photography.
• Open to all SA residents
• Entries Close 22nd January 2010
• Portrait can be of any living person – not necessarily an identity
• Cost per entry is $20 (with no limits on the number of entries per person)
• Short list finalists announced by 31st January 2010
• Initial entries to be provided electronically in JPEG format by email or on disk (with payment) to sappc@palmerstonprojects.com.au
• Short listed entries will be displayed to the public throughout the Fringe (26th February – 26th March 2010) in the display hall at L1, 187 Rundle St, Adelaide.
• Displayed works may also be offered for sale by the entrant
